1. On your homepage, the “Clients” box under Contact Manager allows you quick access to your clients. 
  2. Names in this category will be separated into 3 groups: submitted, issued, and lapsed/cancelled. These are based on the current status.
  3. Click the blue number next to “Submitted” to display all names with a status of submitted. Contacts will stay in this bucket until the status is changed. 
  4. Click the blue number next to “Issued” to see names with the status of Client.
  5. Click the blue number next to “Lapsed/Canceled” to see names that have had their status changed to Lapsed or Cancellation.
