1. On your homepage, scroll down to the boxes below Opportunities. 
2. Find the box labeled “Newsletters.”
3. The blue number next to “Sent” represents the number of newsletters sent out in the past 30 days. Each month, a newsletter is automatically sent out to all contacts with an e-mail address on behalf of the agent. 
4. Click the blue number next to “Sent” to see which contacts were sent the newsletter. 
5. Click the blue number next to “Viewed” to see which of the recipients have viewed the newsletter.
