1. From your main dashboard, select “Contacts” on the top toolbar.
  2. Click anywhere on the contact’s information to view it in detailed view.
  3. You will find the Activity Tracking toolbar right below your calendar.
  4. Check the boxes when you have completed tasks, such as “attempts” when you have attempted contact, or “appt set” when you have scheduled an appointment with this contact.
  5. Check “New Info” when you have recorded any new information for the contact. 
  6. Checking these boxes ensures you will receive credit in a report.
