- Go to the App store on your mobile device (i.e. the App Store on an iPhone/iPad or the Google Play Store for an Android device)
- Search “MADApp” and click “GET” or “Install” The icon for the App should look like this:
- Open the app from the home screen of your device.
- You will be prompted to enter your ARIS Username, Password and domain. This is the same login information used for the desktop version.
- In the “domain” field enter the URL you use to login on your desktop: myarisagent.com
- You have the option to toggle on “Remember me” which will ensure you will not have to re-enter your information every time you use the App. "Remember Me" will store your information as long as you login to the App once every 4 days.
- If your device has a Face ID or Fingerprint feature, you will be prompted to allow MADApp access to this feature.
